SMM Manger
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality research of clients projects;
- Create a SMM content plan (focused on strengthening the brand and forming a community) and integrate the plan inside the marketing strategy;
- Collaborate with project managers, marketing managers;
- Communicate with clients using emails, voice and video calls;
- Fill and update data in a CRM system;
- Create TOR’s for copywriters, graphic and motion designer, report to the team lead;
- Write scripts for engaging explainer and other videos;
- Post content in social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and etc.).
Required Skills:
- At least 3 year of professional experience as SMM Manager or Copywriter for IT businesses (preferably for the US/Canada region);
- Portfolio;
- English in written & verbal forms advanced;
- Experience in online content strategy creation, keen sense of hot events, ability to create or plan hot topics;
- Interpersonal communication and presentation skills, copywriting and creativity skills;
- Strong time management skills, research skills, deep analytical skills.

Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Actively managing the sales process: pitching new clients; negotiations; getting agreements signed; handover the deal;
- Set the foundation for a long lasting relationship with the client;
- Communicate with clients using emails, voice and video calls;
- Create and manage sales pipeline;
- Manage your work using a CRM system;
- Create and manage forecast for new sales and explore business opportunities;
- Work with all other cross-functional teams on feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency and build long term growth (our product and marketing teams).
Required Skills:
- Successful experience in sales of IT businesses, preferably for the US/Canada region;
- Spoken and written English: C1 and above;
- Verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Strong time management skills;
- Deep analytical skills;

Lead Generation Manager
iRexton Group is looking for a Lead Generation Manager for full-time employment.
Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (extensive experience living/working/studying abroad is advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- You are organised, responsible and goal-oriented person
- You want to improve your analytical and communication skills and you are willing to take the initiative as well as the responsibility
- Strategic perception
- Understanding of software industry
- Working as lead generator/sales in some other industry/niche
- Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day work with potential customers’ database
- Increase LTV
- Finding new clients
- Cold emails/calls etc
- Lead generation
- Arrange the initial Leads / Clients contacts
- Handle CRM daily
- Work closely with the Business Development manager in order to deliver the Lead Generation plans
- Conduct professional social network research (Linkedin, Facebook, Angel List, Quora, Contact Databases, Similarweb, etc.)
- Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies
